Originally from Northeast Ohio, Carolyn has lived in a variety of areas throughout the state, in addition to spending several years in North Carolina. She settled in the Dayton area in 2020 and has enjoyed learning about all the wonderful things that make Dayton and its surrounding communities unique, including the MetroParks, historical architecture, and museums for all ages and interests.

Carolyn earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Walsh University and her Master of Business Administration degree in Executive and Human Resource Management from Ashland University. Over the course of a decade, she served in a variety of roles, including Program Coordinator, Member Engagement Coordinator, Director of Marketing, and Director of Training, for several different nonprofit organizations.

After taking a break to spend time with her two children, Carolyn decided to apply her skills and experience to real estate; an industry with which she had been fascinated since her family’s first home purchase when she was eight years old. She completed her studies to obtain her Real Estate license at Hondros College of Business and was excited for the opportunity to join the professionals at Century 21 The Gene Group in 2022.
