"When my husband and I decided to sell our house I didn’t take it lightly.  You see I had lived in it since I was 2 (36 years).  We interviewed several realtors and decided to partner with Eugene Pridgett.  Why? Right away we thought he was a fit for us- business oriented, family centered, and was a realtor as a professional not as a side job or anything else.  He came prepared with folders full of data and information. He had done his homework.

A few months later we are pleased we made that decision. He was wonderful, as was his stager- Rebecca.  We listened to the stager, made the house into what she knew would be desired by buyers.  She even came over and hung the majority of the items on the wall!  That was a lifesaver- with both of us working full time we were strapped for time as it was in the process.  We treated the staging like the house was not longer ours. And did it ever work. The house went on the market on a Friday evening and by Sunday we had had 5 showings and a full price offer .  We would be moving out in less than a month!
Then we started to look for a replacement home.  One that fit both our needs and desires.   Again, quickly we found what we desired.  Gene gave his advice when asked and patiently went with us to look at several houses at times that were conducive to our schedule.  The entire time he talked and joked with our kids, got to know us, and gave a personal touch to the entire process. 

The entire process was painless and smooth.  No surprises.  No unexpected bumps or problems.  Gene was with us through the entire thing always quickly responding to our questions no matter how trivial. At the end of the journey, when we had closed on our new house and were there for the first time Gene arrived with the most personal of presents- a hardbound book with pictures of my childhood home and at the end a picture of our new house!  As our family and friends have looked through it we get many comments, but one stands out most of all “This is from your realtor?  Wow.  That’s class.  He really cared for you guys and did a great job on everything.”  And they are right- this could have been a very emotional process for me and instead it was the most wonderful.
